A 100% refund is issued, if your card is charged twice (such as duplicate payments), any compliance problem is not resolved even after a free rewrite by another writer, the writer rejects the order or if we cannot deliver the first version of your most recent work on the specified deadline (applicable only in the delivery of the original / first version of documents, not in revisions / rewrites).
If you are not satisfied with our services, you must use the free review / rewrite service for all required corrections. We offer complete satisfaction through the free service of unlimited revisions and free rewriting of different writers. You can get your revised document several times at no cost, if you don't like anything in it.
A written refund request can be sent by email or contact us within 5 days after the completion of your final order. If the refund request is not received within five days after the delivery of your final order, both parties will assume their satisfaction with the order delivered.
Reimbursement cases are reviewed by management. In case you do not take advantage of the free rewriting facility of another writer and your refund request is received within five days after the end of your final order, a certain percentage of the total order payment will be refunded.
If you are not satisfied, even after using the review and rewriting by another writer, a 100% refund will be issued as long as your refund request is received within five days from the date of order completion final.
